Artificial Intelligence
Rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts of machine learning, deep learning and natural language are changing the world, and we're seeing massive advantages in health, education and software.

AI is a broad term referring to robots, bots, chatbots, androids and cyborgs, categorised into 3 types of AI: super artificial intelligence (ASI), narrow artificial intelligence (ANI), and general artificial intelligence (AGI).

The future of AI is unclear. Consequently, there is a significant level of fear and apprehension toward AI and automations, but the best question we strive to answer is how we can harness AI tools to enhance the human experience?

What is Robotic Process Automation?

Eban Escott, 06 November 2020

Frey and Osborne from the University of Oxford found that as much as 47% of total US employment is at risk of job automation. With huge numbers like this it is no wonder people want to know what Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is. More recent studies have found differing numbers, but there is no doubting that RPA is worth taking a closer look at.

Robotic Automation is a Band Aid Solution

Eban Escott, 07 January 2020

RPA tools are pretty cool and it is possible to get some quick short term wins. But are robotic tools a band aid solution to an underlying problem? They are powerful and it is worth knowing which tools is the right one for the job.

6 technologies behind AI

Mikaela Robertson, 11 May 2018

In a nutshell, AI mimics human intelligence or behaviour. However, when does something go from being a Fax machine to being Samantha from Her or HAL from 2001: A Space Odyssey? Where do we draw the line?
