Improvements
Changes to the new app wizard:
- Long Name has been removed as an option (Short name is used everywhere instead)
- The Key (ID) is not needed until plan is opened

Removal of the need to set up a git account if using the community git server, which can instead be set up later
- Can be done in the settings of the app
- Prompted to go there in the build section after fireworks
