Improvements

• Improvements to the Learn slide out.
• Validation to prevent special characters in descriptions; they cause the build to fail with a strange model error. The ones that were noted were & and '.
• Planets and additional animations in the new app wizard.
• Images in Academy given a white background in dark mode so transparent background images can still be seen.
• Added styling to show the active page in the menu.

Resolved Defects

• Issues where the Security Diagram would get wiped completely
• Issues with the Learn popup sometimes not staying dismissed
• Paragraph spacing temporarily disappeared in Library and Academy
• Shouldn't be able to close the repo setup modal in the build section.
