ISOBot
ISOBot is a project-management and standards-support bot designed to help teams run a management system as a living, model-driven set of work. It focuses on one outcome: turning the concepts you manage (clauses, controls, audits, risks, regsiters, documents, roles, and more) into consistent, actionable items that can be planned, assigned, reviewed, and audited.
The bot does this by generating and maintaining the core artefacts that keep a management system healthy: structured registers (for example risk registers), repeatable checklists (action, audit, and incident), and standardised documentation views that stay navigable as the repository grows. It also supports a pipeline-friendly workflow, so you can re-run generation as the system evolves and keep outputs aligned with a known-good structure rather than relying on manual, one-off edits.
It has been proven in practice across ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, and it is general enough to be applied to other standards or frameworks by extending the underlying models and templates. Because it supports more than ISO, teams often treat it as a reusable “management system bot” foundation that can be renamed and tailored to fit the standard, domain, or governance model they are working with.
